- Shipping — international logistics with complete customs documentation, plus post-delivery quality support.
Typical timeline: 2–4 weeks for specification, artwork and pre-production samples; 3–6 weeks for production (volume-dependent); approximately 6–12 weeks total for a first-time OEM order, plus transit.

MOQ, Samples & Documentation
- MOQ: custom-branded orders require higher minimums than standard wholesale due to production setup, label printing and packaging preparation — contact our OEM team for per-SKU quantities.
- Samples: pre-production samples are always produced before bulk commitment.
- Documentation: batch records, LOT/EXP labeling and device documentation included with every order.
- Compliance: all devices are CE-marked; label wording follows device-marking requirements. Regulatory guidance for your own market is always recommended.
