The TD4C is a clinical-grade benchtop centrifuge engineered specifically for platelet-based regenerative protocols. Driven by a brushless DC motor and governed by microcomputer precision control, it delivers stable, reproducible centrifugation performance across PRP, PRF, and GFC workflows — in a compact, quiet format designed for the demands of professional clinical environments.

Technical Specifications

  • Motor: Brushless DC — dust-free, maintenance-free, extended operational lifespan
  • Housing: High-quality ABS structure — impact-resistant, chemically stable, clinically safe
  • Control System: Microcomputer-controlled with digital display and capacitive touch panel
  • Maximum Speed: 4000 r/min
  • Maximum RCF: 2200 × g
  • Speed Accuracy: ±20 r/min — ensures consistent separation quality across procedures
  • Timer Range: 0 – 99 min, programmable by speed (r/min) or centrifugal force (RCF × g)
  • Standard Rotor (included): 8 × 20ml angle rotor — suitable for orthopedic PRP and high-volume protocols
  • Noise Level: ≤55 dBA — suitable for patient-facing treatment rooms
  • Dimensions: 310 × 270 × 220 mm
  • Net Weight: 7.5 kg
  • Completion Signal: Audible end-of-cycle alert
  • Safety: Automatic lid interlock; imbalance detection and auto-stop

Clinical Protocol Compatibility

  • PRP — Platelet-Rich Plasma
Single-spin separation protocol at 1500–3500 r/min. Compatible with ACD-A and Sodium Heparin + Gel tubes (8ml / 10ml / 15ml). Gel separator forms a stable barrier post-centrifugation for clean plasma extraction without a second spin.
  • GFC — Growth Factor Concentrate
Activation-based protocol utilizing GFC Gel tubes (10ml). Platelets are activated post-centrifugation to release PDGF, VEGF, TGF-β, and EGF into a cell-free, high-potency growth factor serum. Delivers significantly higher bioactive factor concentrations than standard PRP.
  • PRF — Platelet-Rich Fibrin
No-anticoagulant protocol at approximately 2700 r/min. Compatible with PRF tubes (10ml / 15ml). Produces a natural fibrin matrix rich in platelets and leukocytes, used for membrane preparation in dental, orthopedic, and wound healing applications.

Clinical Applications

  • Aesthetic Medicine — Facial PRP rejuvenation, periorbital treatment, skin texture and luminosity improvement, micro-needling and laser combination protocols
  • Hair Restoration — Scalp PRP and GFC injections for androgenetic alopecia; clinically adopted across aesthetic and trichology practices globally
  • Orthopedics & Sports Medicine — Intra-articular PRP injection for osteoarthritis, tendon and ligament repair, post-surgical recovery acceleration
  • Dermatology — Acne scar revision, stretch mark treatment, post-ablative laser recovery, chronic wound management
  • Dental & Implantology — PRF membrane and plug preparation for guided bone regeneration, socket preservation, and implant site healing

Available Rotor Configurations

The TD4C supports four angle rotor configurations, all rated at 4000 r/min / 2200 × g:

  • NO.1 — 12 × 5ml / 7ml — Ideal for standard aesthetic PRP, GFC, and hair restoration protocols using small-volume tubes
  • NO.2 — 8 × 10ml / 15ml — Most versatile; compatible with 10ml GFC, ACD, Sodium Heparin tubes and 15ml PRF tubes
  • NO.3 — 8 × 20mlStandard configuration (included with purchase); recommended for orthopedic PRP and high-volume protocols
  • NO.4 — 4 × 50ml — For high-volume applications, research use, or bulk sample processing
